My flights final destination is Ulaanbaatar Mongolia.
First I departured from OHare Int airport from Chicago 10:48 am flight no. B6906 Jet Blue airline to New York JFK airport .
Then I was heading to Terminal 1 to Beijing flight no CA 982 , 3:50 pm . When Jet Blue customer service told me I don’t meet to pick up my baggage in JFK New York airport .
when I arraive in Beijing my baggage was missing .
Then I called Jet Blue customer service told me scanning says another carrier was picked up to air China .
So air China customer service claims they didn’t received my baggage .
Is there anyway help me to locate my baggage in JFK New York International airport ?
