it is a small plastic head that attaches to the matrix mobile which i was carrying as a hand luggage

people at security did not give me the piece back once they scanned the machine a few times under the x ray
the value of this small magnetic head is gbp 110 excluding vat
the number under the title of this claim is the reference number i got from heathrow when i started my investigation see copy email below – sent as soon as i realised the item was missing .

i await some feedback by return
it has been 5 days already and i have had no further feedback apart from this letter from heathrow …
