Luggage was placed on belt at security check point. We believe that there is a can if deodorant that could have caused the bag to be removed by security. We head many bags and were unaware of its disappearance unit 2 dats later. We sent emails that were not responded to and we sent someone in person. We just discovered this option of filing a claim and we hope it proves successful . the lost luggage us a simple black carry-on with handle and wheels.
