PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

. I arrived at the Roberts International Airport on August 12,2018 at 9:27pm. with KLM KL511. My suitcases could not be found that night. The next day I went to KLM head office on 16th street, Sinkor to follow up on my suitcase, but no one could tell me as whether my things came with KLM or not. I was only told that by KLM office staff that there was another KLM due in on that Wednesday, August 15,2018 and I should expect my suitcases. That did not materialized, as I was again told that my suitcases had not arrived in the country. It was on Thursday, August 16, I again returned to RIA and with the help of the Human Resource Manager of the Airport I was ab;e to get a confirmation numbers KL10787 to call Delta customer services in the United States to get further information to trace my suitcase. It was through that information that I was told that my suitcases was placed on Royal Air Morac FL201 to Casablanca, Morocco on August 10, 2018. And on August 12, it was transferred on Royal Air Morac FL507 for Liberia. On Friday, August 17, upon receiving that information, I went to Royal Air Morac office on 3rd Street Sinkor to receive my suitcases. There, I noticed that two of my suitcases was broken into and used as a Mini mall to shop in taking away . several valuables items such as seven cells phones, 4 watches, clothes, hand bag, under clothes and etc were missing from the suitcases that was in the care of Royal Air Maroc staffs. My suitcases were measured with one reading 22kg and 23 kg respectively in the present of the security that was sent to allow me receive my suitcases. . Agent of Royal Air Morac could not tell me any things, but referred me to KLM offfice as they said, they were doing a favor for KLM/Delta in getting my suitcases to its final destination. Upon my return to the united states on August 24,2018 I again check with KLM baggage claim at Roberts International Airport and they could not say whether my suitcase ever arrived. Up to now there had not been any call or information about my lost items. Receipts of some of the items that was in the suitcase are with me to show prove of my missing items.
