PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

At 9am on 22nd March my bag was checked through customs. I was then given my bag back but not my ipad. I am absolutely devastated as there is some important information on it.

The tray was on the side where the staff were on and I was only given my bag back after the security check.. it was quite busy and i imagine the person checking the bag got distracted when passing my bag through two plastic shields as a woman approached to start speaking with that member of staff.

Please tell me it has been handed in?
I have been emailing objetstrouvescdg2 which was provided by the flight attendent but nobody is responding to me.

Please help
