It is a long black rain jacket that zips. The bottom of the zipper is a bit torn. There is an inside zipper pocket on the left side of the jacket that is not fully attached to the jacket. Outside pockets have a decorative silver button but they do not actually latch. I believe the size is Large. Thin material.
