    Armed with the information you provide, a Service Agent will act on your behalf to recover your lost property.

  • RECOVERED PROPERTY IS RETURNED

    The correct Authorities are provided with your contact information and if your property is found, you are contacted directly to have it returned safely.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUBMIT A CLAIM?

  1. A case is opened based on the details you provide regarding your lost property.
  2. Your property is filed with the Global Airport Lost & Found Database.
  3. An assigned Service Agent will act on your behalf to connect with the required Authorities and follow airport and airline processing procedures.
  4. The airport/airline is provided with your  information to contact you directly with updates of found property.
