WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUBMIT A CLAIM?

  1. A case is opened based on the details you provide regarding your lost property.
  2. Your property is filed with our Global Airport Lost & Found Database.
  3. An assigned Reclaim Service Agent will act on your behalf to connect with the required Authorities and follow airport and airline processing procedures.
  4. The airport/airline is provided with your  information to contact you directly with updates of found property.

Airport and Airline Lost and Found procedures differ between companies. If you have left behind belongings during the security screening process, a visit to the bathroom, food court, or while waiting for your flight, it is important to take action as soon as possible. The sooner that you start the search process for your lost item or luggage, the better the chances for property recovery.
