There is a $39.99 charge for instaFile to process your claim request on your behalf, as well as explore any additional resources we have for your airport or airline to be pursued for the benefit of your claim. Once your report has been filed, a Service Agent will be with you shortly.

Please Note: It can take lost property up to 24-hours before it even reaches the airport’s lost and found department. A Service Agent will remain in contact with the correct authorities for the duration of your claim and will forward any progress to you directly.
