Provide careful DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS of the item and the time/location it was last seen. A Service Agent will be assigned to process your case with the airport or airline. There is a $39.99 charge for instaFile to process your claim request on your behalf, as well as explore any additional resources we have for your airport or airline to be pursued for the benefit of your claim. Once your report has been filed, a Service Agent will be with you shortly.

Please Note: It can take lost property up to 24-hours before it even reaches the airport’s lost and found department. A Service Agent will remain in contact with the correct authorities for the duration of your claim and will forward any progress to you directly.
